Bhel laddoo
Bhel is indian for a savoury dish made primarily of puffed rice. It is seasoned with spicy and sweet sauces and a few salad vegetables, some sprouted lentils, spice powders.........well the combinations are many. Long live street food!
the preparation of bhel is loose, like a tossed salad with dressing..... this vendor shaped them like big eggs!!

It is almost traditional in certain regions to buy various sugar candies, puffed rice, seasoned lentils, seasoned assorted peanuts and savories made up of chick pea flour!
Some make an offering of it to the deity in whose honour the fair is and others just hog them right away!!

here you got yummie corn on the cob, corn with various condiments, corn salad with pineapple, raw mango .....to pick a few.
